1)    On 17th July 2009, SLS has successfully completed “Article Discussion on Women’s Rights”. With collaboration with American Library, Mumbai. Miss. Reva Nayyar, Adv. Latika Salgaoakar, Dr. Ujwalla Barve, and Prof. Sadhana Kulkarni were actively participated in the Article discussion.

2)    Faculty Seminar on “Development of Corporate Legal Form in UK” was organized by the Symbiosis Law School on 17th July 2009

3)    On 7th March 2009, an International Seminar on “Forensic Science and Law: Challenges of terrorism and Financial Fraud” has been organized by the Symbiosis Law School with collaboration of Sheffield Hallam University. Adv. Ram Jethmalani, former Law Minister, Union of India, Prof. James Hanlon, Shefield University, UK, Dr. R. Krishnamurthy, Former Director, State Forensic Science Laboratory, Mumbai, Adv. Ejaj Khan, Prosecutor, CBI, Mumbai, Mr. Jagjit Singh, Associate Director, KPMC, were delivered their lectures.

4)    From 6th Feb. 2009 to 8th Feb. 2009, 8th Surana and Surana International Technology Law Moot Court Competition 2008-2009 was successfully completed in SLS with the address of Chief Guest Hon. Justice J. A. Patil (Retired), Bombay High Court and Justice R. M. Borde, Judge, Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench.

5)    On 28th Feb. 2009, One Day All India Law Teachers Conference was conducted with auspicious presence of Hon. Mr. M. C. Bhandare, Governor, State of Orrissa, Adv. Ram Jethmalani, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, and Dr. Manojkumar Sinha, National Law School Representative.
