  • Prof. Nagesh Sawant conducted a session on ‘The Commission of Inquiry Act, 1952’ on 28th July 2018 at Maharashtra Police Academy.
  • Dr. Sonia Mukherjee attended the 2018 Asia –Pacific Conference on Economics and Finanace (APEF 2018) held at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium on 26th and 27th July 2018.
  • Dr. Rupal Raut-Desai delivered lectures at NADT (National Academy of Direct Taxes), Nagpur for 160 IRS officers between 7th – 8th August 2018. The topics were “Section 5 and Section 9 of the IT Act”, “Objectives of International Tax Rules” and “Sorces vs. Residence Rules”
  • Dr. Gisrish Abhyankar, Dr. Atmaram Shelke, Prof. Abhijit Vasmatkar, Prof. Nagesh Sawant, Prof. Trupti Rathi, Prof. Shirish kulkarni, Sujata Arya, Dr. Ashish Deshpande and Dr. Santosh Aghav conducted sessions at S.R.P.F.’s Mob Dispersal and Drill course in August and September 2018.

  • Lavanya Gupta (Batch 2017-22, 2nd Year Div E, PRN: 17010126447) presented a paper titled “Sexual Exploitation of Syrian Women: Work by Women for Women and in the backing of International Humanitarian law” in the National Conference on International Humanitarian and Refugee at Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad on 8th Aug 2018.
  • Divyanshi Arora participated in the Summer Courses on Private International Law from 30th July 2018 to `8th August 2018 at the hague Academy of International Law, Neatherlands.
  • Atharva Dandawate, a student of BA LLB (Hons) 4th year won the 17th All India Company Secretaries Elocution Competition organised at Kolkata on 11th of August 2018. The topic for the competition was "Make in India or Start Up India : A Better Option".
  • Rukman Singh Rathore from 4th year BBA LLB (Hons) 2015-20 batch has been recognized as the youngest Distinguished Toatmaster by Toastmasters International for Outstanding accomplishment and leadership in the pursuit of the mission of Toastmasters International.
  • Our Alumnus Prateeksha Mohan, BBA LLB(2011-16), PRN- 11010124013, cleared the Assam Judicial Services Grade III Examination and secured 6th rank in the same.
