ELIGIBILITY
Three Years/ Five Years LL.B. Degree or equivalent degree from any Indian or Foreign University recognized by University Grants Commission with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade. (45% for SC/ST)

EXAMINATION & METHOD OF ASSESSMENT

PG Programme will offer total 80 credits

Each credit is defined as 15 hours of teaching including tutorial,
seminar presentation, library hours, & consultation.

1 credit is equivalent to 25 marks
Internal assessment will be for 60% and external assessment will be for 40% for all programs. Dissertation will be evaluated 100% externally. Dissertation will be equivalent to four compulsory courses. Internship and Advanced Research Methods will be evaluated 100% internally.

STANDARD OF PASSING
A student has to pass both internal & external exam separately. The grade F in individual head (internal & external) will be considered as fail. A student will be eligible for award of degree if he/she obtains minimum 2.00 CGPA at the end of 4 semesters.

AWARD OF DEGREE
“The degree will be awarded at the end of 4th semester by taking into consideration the performance of all the 4 semester examinations and the subjects taken from specialization groups.
