Timothy Murphy is Irish and a graduate of University College,Cork,Ireland. The University of Warwick U.K, LL.M and St Patrick college, Maynooth, Ireland, Ph.D. He is an Associate Professor of law at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Akureyri in Iceland, where he has been based since 2005.
