Group Learning

Going beyond lecture method, teachers use group activities in teaching and learning process. These activities include small group presentations, small group research assignments and seminars.

Students are divided into groups and assigned topics for search activities; else they are also encouraged to select topics of their choice.  They evolve the outline and develop the project / assignment after periodic interactions with the instructor. Grading is done on the basis of overall outcome, involvement of each member, progress and consultation.

Group teaching includes group discussion, interactive seminars, tutorials, workshops and group quizzes.
