PROCEDURE FOR ISSUE OF TRANSCRIPT CERTIFICATE

Fill the form for the Transcript available in the office. Pay the fees Rs. 40/- for the same to the cashier in the office. Format for the Transcript is available in the Computer Lab, fill it up and take a printout. Verify the same from the office.Take signature of the concerned authority.
