Diploma in Human Resource Management and Labour Laws
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
2009-10
1 Objective Effective people management is the key to competitive success. New approaches to managing, motivating, rewarding and developing should be combined with protection of their rights as employees. The ideal award is the practical benefit of productivity and career progression. The programme enables the student to develop skills and acquire tools to implement HRM policy and link learning with tangible HRM changes in organization or community along with conformity to the law. Ultimately, it benefits both, the lawyer and the manager or the lawyer-manager.

5 Eligibility A student who has passed 12th standard examination of recognized board and is pursing 5-year law programme in any law college in Pune is eligible for admission to the Diploma programmes conducted by Symbiosis Law School in any year. The students who are pursuing programmes, other than the law programme & desiring to seek admission to the Diploma programmes in law need to be graduates from any recognized University & fulfill other eligibility criteria.

Foreign Student -$245/-
11 Examination & Method Of Assessment The examination will be conducted at the end of the year. Each paper will consist of 100 marks.
12 Standard Of Passing 50% marks in each head of passing.
13 Award Of Diploma The Diploma will be awarded at the end of yearly examination by taking into consideration the performance of the annual examination.
