Objective |
The focus of the programme is to understand and evaluate national problems from a global perspective. At the global level human rights issues are addressed through various declarations and conventions. At national level reference can be made to various constitutional provisions, legislation, administrative actions and judicial decisions of the apex court, which would help us in creating not only a strong sense of awareness, sensitization but also effectively assist in the realization of human rights. |

Eligibility |
A student who has passed 12th standard examination of recognized board and is pursing 5-year law programme in any law college in Pune is eligible for admission to the Diploma programmes conducted by Symbiosis Law School in any year. The students who are pursuing programmes, other than the law programme and desiring to seek admission to the Diploma programmes in law need to be graduates from any recognized University and fulfill other eligibility criteria. |

Examination & Method Of Assessment |
The examination will be conducted at the end of the year. Each theory paper will consist of 100 marks and Dissertation 100 Marks. |
