DIPLOMA IN BANKING LAW
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

1 Objective This programme is imparting legal banking education and has kept a goal in view that a professional lawyer as well as a student who wishes to pursue banking as a career, must be well equipped to perform various roles which they are expected to , with élan, confidence and complete knowledge of the subject matter.
2 Duration One Year
3 Intake 80 students
4 Reservation Of Seats Not Applicable
5 Eligibility 1.Students who have passed H.S.C. Examination from a recognized board and are pursuing five-year law programme in any recognised institute in Pune are eligible for admission to any one of the diploma programmes conducted by Symbiosis Law School in that academic year.
2. Students who are pursuing programmes other than the law programme and desire to seek admission to the diploma programmes in law need to be a graduate from any recognized University and fulfil other eligibility criteria prescribe by the College.

Foreign Student -$245/-
11 Examination & Method Of Assessment The Examination will be conducted at the end of the year. Each paper will consist of 100 Marks.
12 Standard Of Passing 50% marks in each head of passing.
13 Award Of Degree The diploma will be awarded at the end of the year by taking into consideration the performance of annual examination.
